it’s not that i’m just nervous about talking but i honestly HATE making mistakes and doing things wrong especially when it comes to communicating with people so i just settle on not speaking it seems like a win/win situation
the worst thing is having family members who are completely independent and can do everything themselves and you’re the odd one out who can’t even order food out because you’re too nervous
